Refund policy

30-Day Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at info@modheaven.store. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalised products, or hazardous materials. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, reach out before initiating a return.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return your original order once approved and place a new purchase separately.

EU Customers: If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase. To do so, you must notify us at info@modheaven.store, with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of returning goods.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@modheaven.store.
